WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You learn, in hands-on classes, the fundamentals of Systematic Thinking™ to define the object to be solved, and:
⇒How to build, change, and load data into predictive models
⇒Basis of statistical analysis
⇒Forecasting using Artificial Intelligence
⇒Forecasting using statistical formulas
⇒Predictive reporting with AI, correlations, and efficiency drivers, and the like for practical application on your data!
Class I – Systematic Thinking, Data Configuration & Model Building
This class starts with the basics on how to Systematically Think through a problem beginning with the creation of the question to be answered, then how to collect and configure data to solve that problem. With a sample dataset, students build, change, and load data into a predictive model, then learn the rudiments of predictive reporting.
Class II – Model Building with Your Data & Analytics Basics (1 week after Class I)
This class builds on Class I but with your dataset. Students will experience first-hand the insights available from analytics with their data. Additional skills developed will be obtaining, loading, and correlating to external data; e.g. unemployment.
Class III – Forecasting & Predictive Reporting with Your Data (3 days after Class II)
Students will proceed to forecast their data using One-Touch™ AI forecasting and how to approach forecasting to obtain the highest levels of reliability. Further explore predictive reporting with correlations and leading indicators, charting, and dashboarding.
Class IV – Forecasting, Simulations & Predictive Reporting with Your Data (1 week after Class III)
This class expands on Class III, as well as introduces forecasting using statistical formula, and statistically significant drivers for planning, normalizing comparisons, and finding revenue opportunities.
