The Analytics Academy is a new concept to enable companies with a Roadmap to implement more accurate forecasting and a culture of data driven decisions with analytics. It then provides supporting courses for the development of people, processes, and tools to incorporate analytics throughout finance, operations, planning, sales, marketing, and supporting functions of IT, HR, strategy, and business analytics.
The Academy has a unified syllabus that encompasses the concepts, skills, and applications of advanced analytics, predictive analytics, unbiased forecasting, Artificial Intelligence, and ML. It accelerates and expands the capabilities of Business Partnering, planning, forecasting, and budgeting. It advances participants skills in analytical thinking, storytelling, and the use of analytical tools.
The Academy’s Implementing Analytics program is for executives, directors, and managers who want a Roadmap of clarity and voice to assess where they are in analytics, where they aspire to be, and how to get there. The classes are for directors, managers, and analysts to develop the skills for analytics and the supporting data driven decisions.
Elect to take any one or two days of the Academy. It is also good to bring your team to develop a common vision and skills.
The Academy is a business forum and is not intended for data scientists, programmers, or people looking to learn or teach ML programming.
The Academy is also reinstating the popular, Bring Your Data, where students can be hands-on with an AI/analytics tool using their data.
