Alison’s hybrid background as a writer, educator, and digital media artist informs her current design practice. As an interaction designer, Alison builds personalized experiences that bridge the human/digital divide. Her background in arts education and non-profit management have made Alison a facilitator and a storytelling enthusiast with a deep appreciation for the uniqueness of peoples’ lives.
From imagining the future of technology for first responders to redesigning public high school curricula, Alison seeks out work that will have a positive impact in the world.
Alison holds an MFA from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design’s Dynamic Media Institute, and a BA in English literature from Brown University.
