Andria is a transformational innovator who has successfully driven strategic growth at 5 Fortune 1000 companies in the intensely competitive CPG space across food, beverage and personal care. She has a proven track record of sustainable in market success at top tier CPG companies like Sara Lee, Kellogg’s/Keebler, and Kimberly Clark.
She has continued to synthesize her learnings and best practices and developed her own proven approach that quickly identifies opportunities by understanding insights in the rapidly changing consumer, competitive, and industry landscape.
Currently, she is reporting to the CEO as Vice President of Innovation and Consumer Insights at Johnsonville where she built their new Innovation Center in downtown Chicago. Most recently she is responsible for Johnsonville’s expansion from only sausage to flame grilled chicken.
Prior to Johnsonville, Andria was the Vice President of Innovation & Strategy at Sara Lee during the transformation where she unleashed the potential of legacy brands through true innovation.
