Javier Alarcon is a global finance executive with experience across different geographies in the consumer packaged food, financial services and government industries. As a finance leader, he has built high performance organizations and partnered to execute successful business turnarounds in several markets around the world including Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico.
Having lived abroad for 10 years leading teams in several geographies around the world has given Mr. Alarcon the opportunity to be exposed to complex business situations in distinct markets. In his most recent role, he served as Vice President of Finance – International CFO for ConAgra Foods’ Consumer-International division. He was also a board member of several ConAgra joint ventures in India, Philippines and Mexico.
Mr. Alarcon has led due diligence activities of several deals in Argentina, Colombia and Mexico, as well as integration efforts in Canada and Mexico. He participated in the divestiture of several businesses and brands in Mexico and Puerto Rico.
Javier Alarcon is an alumni of the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he completed his MBA and undergraduate work in Finance and Banking.
