Michael Devinoff is currently Vice President, Enterprise Strategy Analytics (ESA) Lead, at Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. He created and leads this roughly 50-person strong, company-wide team focusing on Strategic Long-Range Forecasting, Business Development Valuations, Epidemiology, Manufacturing Supply-Planning, R&D Portfolio Prioritization, Enterprise Resource Allocation and other cross-business-unit Advanced Analytic capabilities. This group resides within the company’s broader Business Insights & Analytics (BI&A) organization.
Michael has been with Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. for 17 years. During his tenure at BMS, Michael has perfected his Marketing Research, Forecasting, and Advanced Analytic skills through ever-expanding roles within both the core US Pharmaceuticals and Global Marketing/Commercialization organizations. He has led teams of analysts across nearly all of the company’s products and therapeutic categories. He also focuses heavily in organizational change-management, and has helped drive multiple transformation efforts across the company.
Prior to his time with BMS, Michael spent four years with NFO-Migliara/Kaplan Associates, an industry-leading Marketing Research consulting company. There he successfully built a multi-million dollar base of client business and led a broad team of research analysts addressing strategic business questions across products spanning a variety of therapeutic categories and life-cycle stages.
Prior to his 20+ year tenure within the Pharmaceutical industry, Michael honed his analytic and business skill set through experiences working at Becton Dickenson & Co. (marketing/marketing research), Baskin-Robbins (store management), Curtis 1000 (sales & sales training), and Red Robin Restaurants (store management & training).
Michael holds an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers University Graduate School of Management, and a BS in Biology/Genetic Engineering from Binghamton University.
Michael and his family live in the Princeton, NJ area.
