He has experience in establishing analytics framework from scratch. Shashi has strength in striking right balance between democratization and governance of data. He is an executive presenter to provide right level of metrics information at “C” level to all the way to different functional heads. In his current role Shashi heads TAM (Total Addressable Market) model for Retail Business Unit at Western Digital along with market research , competitor data and business planning. .Shashi considers himself as blended data artist & data scientist who has successfully monetized several data scientific results by closing the loop and validating hypothesis. He enjoy teaching and he just finished teaching at M.S. in Business Analytics program at UC Davis for Fall 2017 session.
