Born and raised in Western Massachusetts, Tim has over 35 years’ experience in planning, forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, distribution and logistics. A fervent believer that “the straight path is not always the best”, Tim has worked for supply chains in a wide variety of industries: toys, theme park construction, quick service restaurants, consumer packaging and currently, for a contract manufacturer of medical devices.
Operating under the principle that excellence in the supply chain is fundamental to building brands and brand equity, he believes that supply chain is the key success factor for a company. His experience and tenure with the LEGO supply chain had him contribute to the development of the North American franchise from a small sales company in 1979 to LEGO Americas of the 1990’s.
Tim earned his BBA in Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and his MBA in Finance from Western New England University. A father and “pepére”, he also enjoys family, sports, playing guitar, and volunteerism.
