Cancellation Policy
If a registered attendee cancels four weeks or earlier from the summit’s start date, they will be provided a full refund or credit toward current or future JPK Group programs. If a registered attendee cancels within four weeks of the summit’s start date, they will only be provided with a credit toward current or future JPK Group programs. Also, any registered attendee may transfer their registration to any other person at any time.


Privacy Policy
This policy discloses what information we gather about you when you visit any of our Web sites or buy a product directly from us. It describes how we use that information and how you can control it.

1) data from users who sign up to receive news and product information, enter contests, complete surveys, or buy directly from us; and

Signing up for email newsletters or summit/forum updates:

We will occasionally send you email announcements and updates about our products and services.

Registering for a summit or forum:

When you register for any event we will send you email announcements and updates about the event and other products and services. We may send information for future events to past conference attendees. We may also share your contact information with other speakers and attendees only on request and for purposes of communicating on event related matters.

We also may collect information about your professional responsibilities (such as job title, company information and professional certification). We use such information to improve our service, for marketing purposes and/or for industry reporting purposes.

For our products and services that require payment (such as certain events, products and subscriptions), we also collect credit card information (such as account name, number and expiration date), which is used for our or our agent’s billing purposes only, and is not otherwise shared or stored.

With third parties we retain to perform functions on our behalf, such as fulfilling orders, processing credit card payments, managing mailing lists, and delivering packages. These parties are restricted from using your information for any other purpose. We do not rent or sell our email lists.
