Previously he was the General Manager of US Logistics Operations for Inditex Inc: One of the largest fashion retail groups in the world with eight brands (Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and Uterqüe) and over 7,000 stores in 88 markets. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Science and Marketing with an Economics minor from Rutgers University.
Timothy Jalbert – Supply Chain at SMC LtdBorn and raised in Western Massachusetts, Tim has over 35 years’ experience in planning, forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, distribution and logistics. A fervent believer that “the straight path is not always the best”, Tim has worked for supply chains in a wide variety of industries: toys, theme park construction, quick service restaurants, consumer packaging and currently, for a contract manufacturer of medical devices.
Operating under the principle that excellence in the supply chain is fundamental to building brands and brand equity, he believes that supply chain is the key success factor for a company. His experience and tenure with the LEGO supply chain had him contribute to the development of the North American franchise from a small sales company in 1979 to LEGO Americas of the 1990’s.
Tim earned his BBA in Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and his MBA in Finance from Western New England University. A father and “pepére”, he also enjoys family, sports, playing guitar, and volunteerism.
Paul Legutko – Senior Manager, Enterprise Intelligence/Digital Analytics at Ernst and YoungPaul Legutko is a leading expert in digital measurement and analytics and a senior manager in EY’s Analytics practice. Over the last twelve years as a digital analytics consultant, Paul has seen the field evolve from raw server log files, web analytics, mobile and social measurement, and into today’s world of Big Data integration. Working with clients from many industries – particularly Financial Services, Media & Entertainment, and Pharma -- Paul has pioneered the application of new solutions for understanding customer digital behavior, digital marketing effectiveness, and how to integrate offline and online data.
Patrick Brickley – VP of Finance at EverbridgePatrick has nearly 20 years of financial leadership experience, and has devoted the past decade specifically to high-growth technology. Tom Hartley – Market Economics and Intelligence Strategist – Former AVP at McKessonTom Hartley has over 20 years’ experience developing market strategies in high growth and emerging industries. Most recently at McKesson Health Solutions, Tom led the Market Economics and Intelligence Team. This team led market analysis projects and “Voice of the Customer” programs that informed long range strategic planning and new product business cases. Also while at McKesson Health Solutions, Tom developed pricing strategies across the group’s portfolio of solutions.
Prior to McKesson Health Solutions, Tom spent 12 years leading consulting engagements with Deloitte and Oliver Wyman, as well as other industry leading boutiques. As a consultant, Tom helped companies develop market strategies to thrive in the (then emerging) Internet economy and led strategic pricing engagements in industries as varied as software, silicon wafers and paper.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from San Diego State University and a MBA in Marketing, Finance and Information Science from Indiana University.
Craig Pouliot – Senior Director, FP&A at AcronisCraig Pouliot brings nearly 20 years of experience serving the healthcare, manufacturing, and software industries. He specializes in rebuilding the financial infrastructure to achieve timely, accurate, and insightful information for companies ranging from pre-revenue to billion dollar public organizations. Craig has been instrumental in raising equity, rightsizing organizations, as well as working with Wall Street during the IPO process. Ed Goldfinger – Chief Financial Officer at Veracode, Inc.Ed Goldfinger is a seasoned financial executive, with over 25 years of financial leadership experience. Goldfinger is currently the CFO for Veracode, a fast growing, venture-backed organization in the Boston area that provides automated web and mobile application security, delivered as a cloud-based subscription service. In this role, Goldfinger is in charge of leading and managing Veracode’s financial direction as well as providing strategic, operational and analytical insight to the business and overseeing legal, sales operations, services and investor relations.
Prior to Veracode, Goldfinger was the CFO for Zipcar, the world's leading car-sharing network. While at Zipcar, he helped bring the company public and played a key role in the company’s acquisition by Avis Budget Group. Before ZipCar, Goldfinger was the CFO of Spotfire, a business intelligence and analytics software company sold to TIBCO. This followed on the heels of a successful run at Empirix, where he held the CFO and CEO positions and led the company through a period of significant growth.
Earlier in his career, Goldfinger worked at KPMG and spent nine years at PepsiCo, where he was the CFO of the Latin American beverage business. He also held the CFO position at Sapient.
Goldfinger is a graduate of the Wharton Undergraduate program at the University of Pennsylvania, and he was a CPA in the State of Connecticut.
Arik Johnson – Founder and Chairman at Aurora WDCArik Johnson is Chairman of Aurora WDC, the intelligence advisory firm he founded in 1995.
