He has been a high-tech entrepreneur for 25 years founding and growing software companies in telecommunication, manufacturing & distribution, high data availability, and predictive analytics. His accomplishments include a patent pending business performance analysis and predicting system, intuitive user interfaces for software business applications, author of numerous papers on predictive analytics for business, and inventor of the concept of discovery software for hyper-dimensional data analysis. He architected significant exits as co-founder of the ISIS Telecom Group (sold to Computer Science, NYSE: CSC) and CEO of Vision Solutions (sold to a foreign public company).
Avi Levine – Vice President of Finance for Driven Brands, Inc.Avi Levine is Vice President of Finance for Driven Brands, Inc., the parent company for a family of brands including Meineke Car Care Centers, Maaco Auto-body and Paint Centers, 1-800 Radiator, CARSTAR and Take 5 Oil Change. He leads Financial Planning & Analysis and Data Analytics. He joined Driven Brands in September 2016. Prior to joining Driven, Avi spent five years building companies in the education and technology spaces, and before that worked in middle market private equity and management consulting. Avi received his bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He and his wife enjoy hiking and spending time at the lake and his most recent accomplishment was summiting Mt. Rainier in Washington State.
Michael Ryan – Managing Partner, The M. Ryan GroupMichael Ryan has 20 years of operations experience with manufacturing companies, from Fortune 100 businesses to small family-owned organizations. He is a “roll up the sleeves leader” with the demonstrated ability to analyze a problem, articulate the challenges, explain the improvement strategy and motivate a team. Prior to founding the M. Ryan Group, Michael was the VP of Operations at Hines Specialty Vehicle Group, a privately held $68M business which manufactures custom, purpose-built, on/off highway heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. In this role, he decreased direct labor costs by 4%, reduced the break even revenue point by 15%, increased productivity by 34% and by improving production flow, he saved the company $500k annually.
Prior to Hines, Michael worked with Carlisle Brake & Friction, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, and General Electric in leadership roles of increasing responsibility.

Patrick is currently VP of Finance at Everbridge, a fast growing SaaS organization in the Boston area. Prior to Everbridge, Patrick was at Google as the lead finance partner to tech visionaries pursuing a number of Google “moonshots” including robotics and life extension. Before Google, Patrick held a number of finance and sales leadership roles at ITA Software, which was later acquired by Google. Patrick began his career as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Technology group of the Boston office, and received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Kai Trepte – Chief Data Scientist and CTO at Open Black Box (OBB) SolutionsKai has deep experience developing and applying analytics and data science for demand, supply chain, finance and integrated business planning across the value chain. Co-founder of John Galt Solutions and developer of “Forecast X”. Kai is also a noted expert in delivering effective and efficient education and training of advanced analytics to business professionals.
