Jason Ulaszek – Founder and Principal at InzovuJason Ulaszek is the founder and principal of Inzovu, an international organization founded to tackle and solve social problems through design. Most recently, Inzovu has applied disciplines ranging from architecture, service design, design research and brand strategy to complex challenges proposed by the University of Southern California School of Social Work and the Kigali Genocide Memorial. Previously, Jason has worked with some of the biggest and most influential brands in the United States, including Allstate, Cardinal Health, Kohl’s and Mattel, helping them identify new business opportunities to improve brand awareness, customer experience and engagement.
He is also a founder and director of UX for Good, an award-winning social venture that leverages experience design to solve social challenges. In the past three years, UX for Good has partnered with the Dalai Lama Center for Peace + Education to advance social-emotional learning in public schools; with Aegis Trust to boost the impact of genocide memorials in Africa and Europe; and with the GRAMMY Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative to raise the standard of living for professional musicians in New Orleans.
Jason is an instructor and mentor at the Junto Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership, a B-school for founding teams of fast-growing companies, where he teaches and advises on customer experience and experience design. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Masters program at DePaul University where he teaches consulting and design professionalism skills to next generation experience designers.

Peter V. Henstock – Senior Data Scientist: Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Statistics & Visualization at PfizerPeter Henstock is a Senior Principal Scientist in the Research Business Technologies group in Pfizer now working in Data Science. He served as the site statistician for nearly 10 years while also developing analytics software. Working with scientists and managers, he concluded that visualization was the ideal common ground where everyone could understand and discuss results, so he went on to develop most of Pfizer’s internal visualization and analysis software. Prior to joining Pfizer, Peter worked at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory in image processing and computational linguistics projects. Cynthia is a member of the Council of Competitive Intelligence Fellows, a recipient of SCIP’s Catalyst Award (2011) and was awarded WISE Faculty of the Year (2012, 2015). She has served as the Massachusetts Chapter Chair and Co-Chair for SCIP, as well as held other leadership positions in CI associations. Cynthia teaches a graduate-level course in competitive intelligence at the Simmons College School of Library and Information Science, and she has held other instructional positions in CI and KM.

Launching competitive intelligence programs and comprehensive assessments of gap analysis and opportunities in the market, she established long term strategies and strategic alliances to shift the direction of the business divisions that she supported.
Her career in corporate strategy has been built on the foundation of over a decade in competitive intelligence, managing her own business, CI Consulting, and as a Research Director at Fuld and Company. With experience in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Technology, she has overseen and delivered the research and analysis to identify emerging markets, ranked and validated acquisition targets, provided competitive pipeline and organizational benchmarking studies, and conducted comprehensive competitive profiling and monitoring studies. In these roles, Raleen has worked with many of the Fortune 1000 to evaluate market opportunities, forecast key trends, and reset pricing and service models based on economic indicators.
Raleen has a Marketing degree from Bentley University, and develops and teaches certification courses for the Academy of Competitive Intelligence and has published numerous articles and whitepapers on the strategic direction and opportunities in staffing and key industries looking to leverage globalization, virtual workforce augmentation, and competitive benchmarking.
Craig McHenry – Senior Director, New Business Development at The ABIS GroupCraig McHenry has, most recently, served as Director of Competitive Intelligence for Wyeth Nutrition, Nestlé. He spent the past 21 years in the pharma industry contributing his CI expertise across several business functions including business development, secondary research and analysis, and market research. Craig played a key role in forming AHP/Wyeths first Business and Competitive Intelligence function, eventually directing a team of seven within a Competitor Insights function supporting new products and commercial brand decision makers. He has been a member of SCIP since 1993, is an ACI graduate and enjoys outdoor activities with his family.
