He oversees strategic planning, forecasting, financial analysis and client financial services and accounting.
Keith has been instrumental in driving businesses to profitable growth in both the consumer products and medical device industries. He was formerly of EndoChoice, a small cap medical device company, where he rebuilt and modernized the Corporate Finance and FP&A teams, along with investor relations functions ahead of EndoChoice’s IPO in 2015. His teams were also responsible for driving commercial strategy and execution in the company’s three business divisions.
Prior to EndoChoice, Keith spent the majority of his career at Kimberly-Clark corporation, where he held a series of progressive positions in international FP&A and corporate strategy, along with international experiences in restructuring and business development.
Core experiences and passions for Keith include building high-performing teams, international M&A and integration, and corporate strategic planning. Keith holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University at Commerce and a B.Sc. in Business Administration-Accounting from the University of South Alabama. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Matt Armstrong – Vice President of Finance at RevinateMatt Armstrong is the Vice President of Finance at Revinate. Matt has spent over 4 years leading the FP&A for various points of sale and brands within Expedia, specifically Expedia Canada, Expedia Australia, Expedia Latin America, CarRentals.com and Hotwire.com. He has also built up his ecommerce FP&A experience at the eBay Classifieds Group and Workopolis, and strategic planning at Bell Canada. Early in his career, Matt was a software engineer at a start-up bought by AOL/Time-Warner and a lecturer in SE at the University of Waterloo. Matt holds his Bachelor and Master of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University, and is a licensed CPA in the province of Ontario.
Erin Lavelle – Chief Operating Officer at Christian Brothers Investment Services (CBIS)Erin Lavelle MBA, FPA is Chief Operating Officer at CBIS following a progressive career of increasing responsibility at Mesirow Financial and GE Capital. Her experience in end-to-end M&A transaction management is extensive as is her ability to enhance and support business performance, scale costs, structure contracts and improve financial operations having been demonstrated repeatedly throughout 25 year her career. In 2014, she was in the inaugural class receiving the newly created FP&A certification and participates in design and review for future exams.

He is formerly of Dupont where he led the global finance teams for the Biotech Division responsible for Performance Management including being the financial lead and owner of the Forecast, Budget & Strategy Process, Competitive Intelligence Financial owner and Lead Analyst. Jesper has extensive experience as a Financial Business Partner supporting a large number of Executive Vice Presidents with optimizing financial performance.
