As Scientific Data Management Lead at Genentech, Dr. Ephraim is responsible for bringing best in class practices in a pharmaceutical research setting. Prior to this, he was Sr. Manager, Data Governance at Hortonworks and Manager for BI, Analytics and Data Governance Programs at Cisco Systems where he built and led a team to drive Data Governance and Policy while implementing MDM practices. Previously at Hewlett-Packard, he was responsible for business intelligence and related programs. Dr. Ephraim received his Master of Information Management and Systems in Information Management from the University of California at Berkeley and Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from USF.

Keith Davidson – Vice President of Finance at ICS – an AmerisourceBergen CompanyKeith Davidson is the Finance leader at ICS, the specialty logistics division of AmerisourceBergen, a Fortune 11 company focusing on pharmaceutical sourcing and distribution services. He oversees strategic planning, forecasting, financial analysis and client financial services and accounting.
Keith has been instrumental in driving businesses to profitable growth in both the consumer products and medical device industries. He was formerly of EndoChoice, a small cap medical device company, where he rebuilt and modernized the Corporate Finance and FP&A teams, along with investor relations functions ahead of EndoChoice’s IPO in 2015. His teams were also responsible for driving commercial strategy and execution in the company’s three business divisions.
Prior to EndoChoice, Keith spent the majority of his career at Kimberly-Clark corporation, where he held a series of progressive positions in international FP&A and corporate strategy, along with international experiences in restructuring and business development.
Core experiences and passions for Keith include building high-performing teams, international M&A and integration, and corporate strategic planning. Keith holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University at Commerce and a B.Sc. in Business Administration-Accounting from the University of South Alabama. He architected significant exits as co-founder of the ISIS Telecom Group (sold to Computer Science, NYSE: CSC) and CEO of Vision Solutions (sold to a foreign public company).
Erin Lavelle – Former Chief Administrative Officer at Mesirow FinancialErin Lavelle MBA, FPA is an experienced senior finance and operations leader driving growth, productivity and transformation with significant experience in financial and professional services industries. Her experience in end-to-end M&A transaction management is extensive as is her ability to enhance and support business performance, scale costs, structure contracts and improve financial operations having been demonstrated repeatedly throughout 25 year her career.
Most recently she was Chief Administrative Officer at Mesirow Financial following a progressive career of increasing responsibility. She also published in the Secured Lender; “Defining the Risk in Healthcare Receivables.”
Juan Porter – President and Founder at TopDown ConsultingJuan Porter has over 25 years combined client, vendor, and consultant experience with Oracle Hyperion. He is a member of the Oracle Hyperion Partner Advisory Council, he is actively involved in various Hyperion user groups, he has served as the chair of Hyperion’s National Steering Committee, and he has led many Hyperion enhancement committees.
Juan is the president and founder of a leading nationwide consulting firm, which serves over 400 of the Global 2000’s largest and best performing companies. Industry analysts, editors, and authors frequently seek his expertise on the future direction of EPM, current Hyperion releases, as well as insight into strategic and practical ways to solve business problems. Arik Johnson – Founder and Chairman at Aurora WDCArik Johnson is Chairman of Aurora WDC, the intelligence advisory firm he founded in 1995. After stepping aside as CEO in late 2009, today Arik serves as Managing Director and lead architect at Aurora’s R&D lab, think tank network and intelligence policy institute, the Center for Organizational Reconnaissance (COR).
