Alan is currently the Director of FP&A for Experian Marketing Services where he actively seeks and delivers on finance efficiencies rather than organizational expansion to free up capacity for value-add decision support. Prior to joining Experian as a Commercial Finance Manager on strategic initiatives he developed broad experience across the finance function at Siemens Healthcare with roles in Treasury, Corporate FP&A, and BU Finance. This 360° view of the finance function has created opportunities for Alan to more easily identify finance process efficiencies, optimal organization design as well as understand the ancillary costs and benefits of finance initiatives across a broad set of stakeholders. Alan also holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
