Erin has almost 20 years of experience with diverse categories and brands from Trident to Triscuits to tools to tobacco. Most recently at Mondelez International, she is credited with singlehandedly building, connecting and inspiring a global community of over 400 people across regions and functions in innovation. She has successfully led teams through strategic pipeline planning for growth, global integrated marketing planning, and new business model development and the case for change. In doing so, she became an internal change agent at three different companies helping them change the way they think about and do innovation through capability and positive culture building.
